Mission Statement
A discussion of our core values: liberty, progress, and reform. And a statement of purpose of the organization.
IMO, we need to also say that PDA CT members need to come up with an objective criteria for how we measure our impact. If this impact's measure is too small, then the group needs to dissolve and we must recommend that we all go to third parties. This needs to be said diplomatically.

Liberty
A discussion of our strong support for the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and civil liberties. It's okay to pander to historical folklore here, like Connecticut is the "Constitution State."

Progress
A discussion of what progress means to us. To me, personally, it means a higher standard of living for everyone, especially the poor and greater freedom for all.

Reform
A discussion of reform. I would like us to coin the phrase "separation of corporation and state." We need corporate interests out of government. We need to admit also that this corruption is in both parties, even the Democratic Party.
We need to also discuss elimination of bureaucracy and inefficiencies in government.
